Alpin Building EOOD is an established, modern and prosperous company in the field of construction management. It constructs luxury residential and public buildings along the entire Southern Black Sea coast and in the country.
It is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and the Association of Companies Using an Alpine Method (ACUAM). It is registered in the Central Professional Builder Register for performing Group I Constructions (second to fifth category, as well as constructions under Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Letter “E” and Item 5, Letter “E”), Second Group (from the second to the fourth category), Third Group (third category), Fourth Group (second to fourth category) and Fifth Category.
As per the internationally established ISO standards – 9001, 14001, 18001, it has and successfully applies systems for the management of quality, environment, health and safety at work.
